Chahat recently managed our Spousal Open Work Permit (SOWP) application following two consecutive Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) refusals.
From the beginning, Chahat provided a thorough and methodical review of our case file. They carefully analyzed the previous IRCC refusal letters, identified the specific gaps in our original documentation regarding ties and financial proof, and developed a targeted strategy to address those weaknesses.
The submission featured a well-structured explanation letter and highly organized documentation. Thanks to spike immigration consulting's technical expertise and detail-oriented approach, the SOWP application was successfully approved.
